Hobart Door Type Dishwasher w/Tall Chamber, 58-65 Racks/Hr

Hobart's AM15T-1 Door Type Dishwasher really does take this model up a notch. This is the tall version of the AM15-1 and AM15-2 commercial dishwashers. The significant difference is in its height. With a 27" door opening, this dishwasher can accept 18"x26" sheet pans and 60 quart mixing bowls. The four wash cycles also show the versatility the dishwasher has. The 1 minute cycle works well for all types of glassware, while the 2, 3 and 4 minute wash cycles can take on pots and pans in varying soil states. The cycle is performed by automatic start when the door is closed, this action actuates the door cycle switch. The solid state microprocessor energizes the wash motor during the wash portion of the cycle. After wash, a dwell allows the upper manifold to drain. At the end of the drain, the final rinse solenoid is energized. The revolving wash arms are made of stainless steel and feature unrestricted opening on both the upper portion and lower portion of the arm. The rotating rinse arms, also made of stainless steel, feature 14 rinse nozzles. Both types of arms are interchangeable and removable. This dishwasher can accommodate 58 racks per hour with hot water sanitizing and 65 racks an hour with chemical sanitizing. This model does not include a booster heater.
